Reading the spec sheet
We collect what we need to deliver our products and to keep them working. We don't sell your data. Here's the long version.
We don’t run user accounts. We don’t sell your data. We don’t use ad trackers. ShopCalc is fully offline. The marketing sites are static pages. The contact forms send you to your own email client. That’s the whole shape of it.
ShopCalc collects nothing. No accounts, no telemetry, no analytics, no network requests. This is verified in the Google Play Data safety section. Your inputs and results never leave the device.
The optional in-app Pro Unlock is a Google Play in-app purchase. Google handles the payment; we receive a payout, not your card details.
These are static pages served through a CDN. We don’t set tracking cookies, we don’t run third-party advertising tags, and we don’t have a session/login system. Standard hosting access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) are kept short-term by our hosting provider for operational reasons (rate limiting, debugging, abuse detection).
The Ace & Alan, Nomad distributor, and Custom Software inquiry forms open your email client with a pre-filled message addressed to us. When you hit send, your email provider delivers it to our inbox. We see whatever you put in that email and we keep it as long as we need it to do business with you.
If you call or email us we keep normal business records of the conversation (your phone number, email address, what we discussed) so we can follow up and so we have a record if there’s a dispute later. We don’t use it for marketing.

If you’ve emailed us or sent an inquiry through one of our forms and you want us to delete what we have, email [email protected] and we will. We respond inside 30 days. (There’s no account to log into because we don’t run accounts.)
Our products aren’t directed at anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors.
If we change this policy materially, we’ll update the effective date at the top.
