We collect what we need to keep our apps working and improving. We don't sell your data. Here's the long version.
We don’t run user accounts. We don’t sell your data. We don’t use ad trackers. Your calculation inputs and results never leave your device. The apps do send a small amount of anonymous diagnostic data to help us catch crashes and understand which Pro features matter most — details below.
All calculation work happens entirely on your device. Your inputs, results, and saved data are never transmitted anywhere.
The apps include a lightweight anonymous diagnostic layer that sends two categories of events to our own server (support.doublevision.company):
These events are anonymous — we have no way to tie them back to you as an individual. We retain them for up to 90 days for debugging and product decisions, then they’re deleted.
The optional Pro subscription or one-time unlock is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). They handle the payment; we receive a payout, not your card details.
These are static pages served through a CDN. We don’t set tracking cookies, we don’t run third-party advertising tags, and we don’t have a session/login system. Standard hosting access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) are kept short-term by our hosting provider for operational purposes.
The Ace & Alan, Nomad distributor, and Custom Software inquiry forms open your email client with a pre-filled message addressed to us. When you hit send, your email provider delivers it to our inbox. We see whatever you put in that email and we keep it as long as we need it to do business with you.
If you call or email us we keep normal business records of the conversation (your phone number, email address, what we discussed) so we can follow up and so we have a record if there’s a dispute later. We don’t use it for marketing.

The diagnostic events we collect are anonymous — there’s nothing to link back to you. If you’ve emailed us or sent an inquiry through one of our forms and you want us to delete what we have, email [email protected] and we will. We respond inside 30 days.
Our products aren’t directed at anyone under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors.
If we change this policy materially, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
